Title: Raisin Relish

Yield: 12 Servings

3/4cPlump raisins
1tbChopped fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves, finely
  Chopped
1 1/2tsSugar
1/4tsMustard seeds
1/4tsCayenne pepper
1/4tsSalt
1/4cWhite wine vinegar

Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped.

Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
